I embarked on this project about 6 years ago because of the love for cooking. During my early years i produced chinchin to gift friends and family. Chinchin production needs a lot of patience and cutting chinchin with a knife is exhausting for anyone who has attempted the process before. I love the art of cutting chinchin with a knife and every size is the same and the quality, epic. Anyone who tasted Ayaschinchin wanted more. The more i produced chinchin, the more family and friends kept wanting and i started selling . Selling chinchin was not enough for me. I was convinced that branding chinchin is what i needed to remind us that chinchin is special. That is why Ayaschinchin not only taste good but is special.
